Resonant Scanner}

The resonantscanners are unique technology ideal for high-resolution imaging applications with fast frame rates. Extremely long product lifetime as it uses no ball-bearings. Models available for 4kHz, 8kHz, and 12kHz scanning speeds. Also available in a XY-block in combination with a galvanometer.

Controller}

The industry’s highest system throughput, resolution and accuracy are now possible by integrating the ScanMaster Controller (SMC) and ScanMaster Designer (SMD) software with the 2- and 3-axis scan heads.The SMC is designed to synchronize mirror position with laser firing using proprietary ScanPack algorithm (24-bit) or with traditional control schemes, like XY2-100. The data-transfer to the SMC is via Ethernet, further stand-alone operation thanks to the on-board memory.

The SMD software features a powerful package of graphic design tools that conveniently supports all standard file formats.

2-Axis Systems}

The portfolio of 2-axis scan heads, including the Lightning II, LXP, and ProSeries models are designed for a large variety of industrial applications that require fast marking speed or high position accuracy. The enclosed, plug-and-play configuration employs advanced moving magnet galvanometers and precision servo drivers for high performance. Models are available in 7, 10, 14mm and/or 20 and 25mm mirror aperture. Each unit supports industry-standard electrical interfaces for easy OEM system integration. The scan head may be configured with F-Theta lenses to support a variety of field sizes. All of the scan heads are designed and optimized to operate in conjunction with Cambridge Technology controllers and software.

3-Axis Systems}

The 3-axis scan head models from Cambridge Technology feature a Dynamic Focusing Module (DFM) that offers substantial flexibility for applications that require scanning over large areas and 3D-surface. The DFM ensures the laser spot remains in focus across the entire working field to achieve highest possible laser power density, which is very important at laser cutting. The 3-axis scan heads are available as an open-frame-solution or enclosed at 20, 30 and 50mm aperture size with various mirror coatings.
